LONG LIFE AND QUIET OPERATION

The most recent product release from Curtis Dyna-Fog, the Dyna-Jet® L30 was designed to be the quietest operating, highest quality ULV machine on the planet. Combining quiet operation, lightweight structure, with no harmful exhaust emissions, the Dyna-Jet® L30 is perfect for practically any application requiring outdoor or indoor space spraying.

The Dyna-Jet® L30 is designed to dispense formulations at flow rates of up to 14 ounces a minute (414 ml/min) through a precision FMI Pumping System. The FMI piston pump (standard on the Dyna-Jet® L30) can produce up to 20 ounces per minute (591 ml/min). The high speed rotary atomizer is constructed of a safe, high density polyethylene (HDPE) material and is balanced in two planes. An extra, balanced atomizer and atomizer dust cover is included with the unit.

When the Dyna-Jet® L30 is equipped with the COBRA™ System, the rate of pump flow is automatically controlled in relationship to the speed of the vehicle without the need for changing the pump setting. Atomizer speed is controlled by closed loop circuitry, which ensures steady and constant operation. A digital tachometer/hour meter mounted on the Dyna-Jet® L30 allows for monitoring the accumulated machine run time and atomizer speed. Another feature of the Dyna-Jet® L30 is the atomizer discharge direction can be altered at the unit horizontally 360°, or from the remote control vertically 60°. The compact and rugged remote control includes features such as a digital battery meter with color bar graph for constant monitoring of battery level during any time of day or night and lighted switches. The Dyna-Jet® L30 is shipped with stainless steel quick-release mounting rails.
